Terms & Conditions

Prices
- PT. Medulla Perkasa Indonesia issuing price list is valid for period of 6 (six) months.
- The validation period date will be stated on the price list.

Samples
- PT. Medulla Perkasa Indonesia will produce sample items required by the customers upon request.
- The sample items will be charged to the customer.
- When the order is being placed with the new samples included, then the cost of samples will be deducted in the invoice.
- 20 (twenty) feet container will be the minimum order.

Order Confirmations
PT. Medulla Perkasa Indonesia is issuing a Performa Invoice for every order. In order to be considered a firm order, all orders placed are confirmed by fax and must be signed and faxed back to PT. Medulla Perkasa Indonesia. Once an order confirmation has been signed and faxed, the orders can not be cancelled. We retains the right to accept changes in confirmed orders up to a maximum of 7 (seven) days after the receipt of the signed order confirmation.

Production Time
- The estimated production time are 6 (six) – 8 (eight) weeks for non kiln-dried product and 8 (eight) – 10 (ten) weeks for kiln-dried product (depending upon quantity of items) after receipt L/C or receipt down payment of 40% for T/T.
- If new proposed design does not have technical drawings, we will require additional period of 1 (one) week or more to generate its technical drawing.
- PT. Medulla Perkasa Indonesia will start work on the order after total of down payment is received in our account.

Payments
- Down payment of 40% from the total invoice is a must.
- Received of down payment is due within 7 (seven) days, after the confirmation of proforma invoice.
- We will fax a copy of documentations to be confirmed by customer, the original documents will be sent after receiving the balance.
- Payment should be bank transfer to a bank account specified by PT. Medulla Perkasa Indonesia’s bank account Information.

Packing
- The packing provided by PT. Medulla Perkasa Indonesia is by corrugated wrap paper.
- Other additional packing such as individual master box, special requested by customer will be charged to the customer.

Customer Complaints
- Complaints about quality of contains shall be accepted if the total more than 5% (five percent) of the total value of the container.
- Such claim must be made within 3 (three) weeks of receipt of the container.
- Photograph of each damaged items showing specific damage or defect should be delivered to us.
- Claims received after 3 (three) weeks shall be counted as void, regardless of its value.
